I have coached a range of people from teenagers to people in their 80s to seeing and feeling the huge positive changes that resistance training (even from once per week) has brought to their lives and being amazed at what their body can do. I can help you to feel this too.
I offer in person coaching from my own studio, which I run with my husband Lewis. You can enjoy a completely tailored program of movements in a private studio, in a quiet rural setting, that will support you all the way towards your goal. I'm excited for you!
